i made this so i dont thread jack the honk meister..
recently i have been fooling around with percussion, hitting random crap and recording it, then sequencing it and making some pretty cool sounds, but i would like a proper drums kit, as drum machines just dont sound organic enough to me
but i have a small room and becasue of neighbours normal drums are a total no-go because of volume, there just too loud sadly
is there any way i can get drums that sound like drums just quieter, i have seen "silencer" pads but do they work? or do they destroy the drum sound and make it sound like your hitting a pillow?
what about flat drums?
